A little about me…

I am from Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham and completed my education at Edgbaston High School. I gained an honours degree in Psychology at Reading University and went on to qualify as a Psychotherapist at Centre Training International School of Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. Since 2007, I have been working in private practice and went on to complete further training through the National College of Psychotherapy and Hypnosis in order to become UKCP registered. I have completed research projects on both OCD and performance anxiety.

I previously worked for an NHS drug and alcohol treatment service for seven years, where I was trained extensively in drugs awareness and harm reduction helping those suffering from the effects of drug addiction.

Since 2021, I also run an NHS specialist hypnotherapy clinic for patients with IBS and other functional gut disorders.

I’m passionate about the work that I do and I believe that, given the right conditions, everyone has the ability to heal.
